Ⅲ Installation method——Tyre electronic tag American standard/European standard
1、Installation and positioning: On the sidewall of the outer tire, keep the distance from the tire bead to be no more than 7.62 cm. Use a tire cleaner to clean the area.
2、Compare the RFID tire tag and mark an area for installation that is larger than half of the actual size of the tag.
3、Use a special sander (at low rotation speed) and a coarse file to sand the position of the tag, making the outer surface of the tire slightly velvety.
4、Clean the sanded position to ensure there is no residue left.
5、Evenly apply the special tire glue (vulcanized rubber) to the treated position. Peel off the blue packaging (please note not to touch the gray adhesive on the back with your hands).
Install it and press the adhesive surface firmly to expel the air inside.
