✱After-sales service

Handling Measures: During the delivery and acceptance process, if the product is damaged or there are quality issues, our company will replace the product free of charge, and our company will unconditionally bear all the costs involved.

Return and Exchange Standards: In case of product quality issues that are not caused by human factors, our company promises to reproduce the product and replace the corresponding product for free.

Return and Exchange Procedures: If there are quality issues with the product, we will provide return and exchange services according to the specific situation. Return and exchange process: Client shall submit a return and exchange request within three days after receiving the product. We will review it within two days after receiving the request and give our handling opinions. After confirming the return and exchange, client needs to return the product according to our instructions, and we will complete the return and exchange after receiving the returned product.

Response Time: During the warranty period, if there are situations such as inability to identify (not caused by human damage), our company will provide after-sales support via phone within 10 minutes. If the fault cannot be eliminated within 20 minutes, we will rush to the site to provide technical support within 24 hours and complete the repair within 2×24 hours. If the fault cannot be repaired, our company will replace the product for free. 

✱Emergency Plan

Emergency Handling: In order to ensure more efficient and accurate management of the fixed assets in the hospital, in case of damage during use, we will provide the Party A with spare parts accounting for three-thousandths of the total quantity. In case of any defective product, it can be immediately replaced with one of the spare parts.

Countermeasures: Our company will provide the corresponding spare parts before shipment so that they can be immediately replaced free of charge in case of damage. Measures for Guarantee: During the use of fixed asset tags, in case of any quality damage, our company suggests that all the damaged products should be sorted out and sent back together. Our company will bear the freight and replace them all free of charge.

In order to better provide high-quality products and services to our customers, our company hereby solemnly promises:

Our company provides a three-year quality warranty service for the products we supply. During the free quality guarantee period, our company will provide all the after-sales service work, such as technical support and fault repair, to the purchasing party free of charge.

During the warranty period, our party shall be responsible for any quality issues of the goods that occur due to reasons other than the purchaser's human factors, including:

① Within 24 hours of receiving the notice, our side will replace the defective item with a spare part to ensure that the equipment continues to operate normally.

② For the items that are under the scope of repair, replacement or return, our side will bear the actual costs of repair, replacement or return.

③ If our side fails to replace or repair the defective equipment as required above within the specified time limit, Party A shall have the right to repair it on its own, and the costs shall be borne by our side.

Our company provides a 24-hour service hotline and offers remote technical support. We have professional technicians nationwide who can provide on-site technical support services. Upon receiving the customer's notice, they will rush to the customer's site immediately and solve the relevant problems.

Response Time: For general faults, a response will be made within 30 minutes upon receiving the notice, and the fault will be eliminated within 24 hours. For major faults, our staff will arrive at the site within 24 hours upon receiving the notice, and the fault will be eliminated within 72 hours. In case the fault cannot be repaired due to special circumstances, the cause of the fault will be identified, and a solution will be proposed.

Training Service: Our company will organize free training services at the location designated by the purchasing party in accordance with the requirements of the purchasing party. The training content, as per the needs of the purchasing party, will cover aspects such as the working principle and characteristics of the equipment, daily operation, handling of simple faults, maintenance methods for commonly used equipment, common fault phenomena and diagnosis, as well as common problems and solutions. We will provide systematic usage training for users to ensure that they can proficiently use the system. When delivering the system to users, we will provide the necessary technical support.

During the maintenance period, if our company has any patches or version updates for the products of this project, we will take the initiative to inform the customers. Our company is responsible for upgrading the customers' products and conducting safety and compatibility assessments. Whether to implement the upgrades or not shall be decided by the customers. If the implementation is carried out, our company will provide documents such as implementation step documents and acceptance reports.
