Revolutionizing personnel management with Zirgy RFID personnel positioning system
In the modern business landscape, especially in large-scale factories, manufacturing enterprises, and the petrochemical industry, personnel management has become a complex challenge. Traditional on-site supervision methods are no longer sufficient as enterprises grow in size and the number of employees increases. This is where the Zirgy RFID Personnel Positioning System steps in as a game-changing solution.
The system leverages two key positioning technologies: Bluetooth and Ultra-Wideband (UWB). Bluetooth positioning, specifically iBeacon technology, has been a game-changer for indoor positioning since its release by Apple in 2013. It uses a triangulation algorithm, combined with auxiliary methods, to calculate the position. With its ability to achieve sub-meter accuracy, easy deployment, and low cost, it has found widespread applications in various indoor settings, from shopping malls to factories.
UWB positioning, on the other hand, is a carrier-free communication technology that uses nanosecond-level non-sinusoidal narrow pulses. Unlike traditional positioning technologies like WiFi and BLE, which are affected by the external environment, UWB has an extremely strong anti-interference ability and can provide centimeter-level positioning accuracy. It works based on the Time Difference of Arrival (TDOA) principle, measuring the time difference of radio signal propagation between tags and base stations.
The Zirgy Personnel Positioning System combines these technologies to offer a comprehensive solution. It provides high-accuracy positioning, allowing for precise counting of people in an area. The system also features 2D/3D vector maps, both indoors and outdoors, which offer a three-dimensional and intuitive view of the layout. Personnel, vehicle, and supply movement tracks can be easily queried, providing valuable insights into operations.
In case of emergencies, the one-click SOS function on the positioning tags is a lifesaver. With just a click, the system can display the exact location of the person in distress, enabling quick rescue operations. Additionally, the system offers alarm linkage, video surveillance linkage, access control linkage, and even intelligent escape features by docking with intelligent lights.
The system's functions extend to emergency rescue, statistical analysis, and device management. It can analyze regional alarms, historical number of people, and the number of visits to a region. Device management allows for remote monitoring of base stations and tags' battery levels, usage conditions, and health status.
