RFID anti-counterfeiting and traceability system: secure your products and supply chain
In today's marketplace, where counterfeiting poses a significant threat to businesses and consumers alike, the RFID anti-counterfeiting and traceability system has emerged as a powerful solution. This system combines cutting-edge technology with innovative features to safeguard products and provide transparency throughout the supply chain.
One of the key features of this system is the dynamic ID chip. When users scan NFC labels via hardware devices, each label has a unique ID. What's more, this ID changes with every scan, making it impossible for NFC chips to be replicated. This effectively eliminates the risk of counterfeiters using copied chips to pass off fake products as genuine.
The system also incorporates fragile antennas in its labels. The data antenna inside the label is designed to be delicate. Once the label is attached to a product, attempting to remove and reuse it elsewhere is futile. Forcibly tearing the label will damage the antenna, rendering it useless. This feature prevents malicious label reuse, ensuring that each label is a one-time, secure identifier for a product.
Product information traceability is another crucial aspect. The system selects an appropriate anti-counterfeiting traceability information template based on the received source information of the goods, such as production and warehousing details. It then binds this template to the relevant product attributes. Users can use hardware corresponding to the NFC label to sense the product and view the template-based information, providing a clear picture of the product's origin and journey.
Data cloud platform management is a standout feature. The system can be interconnected with other systems to gather more traceable information sources. All data is stored on a cloud server, allowing for easy access at any time. An online data operation log is maintained, enabling problem-tracing and accurate accountability.
Mobile phones with NFC capabilities offer a convenient way to access anti-counterfeiting and traceability content. By simply enabling the NFC function, placing the phone on an NFC-labeled product, and opening the mobile browser, users can view the product's details and check the security of the page through refresh or share operations.
The system also utilizes high-security contactless encrypted RF card chips like JTN1DS28, which adheres to the NFC Forum Type2 protocol and has a working distance of up to 10m. These chips use national-level encryption algorithms, further enhancing the system's security.
