Ⅰ Product introduction
The remote UHF ZJ-F508-4A/IP reader is made by Shanghai Zirgy Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Independent research and development of industrial network port communication reader, which network port communication has the advantages of multi-function, high reliability, high performance, etc. The network port module integrated TCP/IP protocol stack, providing a complete network access and data transmission functions.
Ⅱ Installation instruction
In order to ensure the normal and stable operation of the equipment and the safety of your personal property, please read the following precautions carefully before installing the ZJ-F508-4A/IP equipment:
· First check whether the grounding end of the power socket is connected to the ground, and check whether the local power supply voltage is in line with the applicable voltage range of the reader;
· Check whether the device is tightly connected to the outside;
· Pay attention to the USB type selection and length limitation: the USB cable is directly connected and the length does not exceed 10 meters.
● Installation conditions:
Before connecting the device, please carefully check whether the product is intact and whether the accessories are complete. If there is any damage or shortage, please contact the supplier in time.
● Device connection:
· Connect the power adapter: insert the power cord into the AC power supply socket, and then insert the other end of the power cord into the power connector of the reader and tighten it; Power on the reader, and the power indicator in the reader will be on.
· Connect to PC: USB interface is used for short distance communication (no more than 10m), USB port connection, to realize the communication between PC and the device;
● Acceptance: Whether the reader works normally.
Ⅲ Common faults
● Daily maintenance:
Daily maintenance of the reader during use: Check whether the power cable connection of the reader is secure
● Common fault analysis and solution:
· Power supply system failure: Check whether the power supply adapter is normal and whether the AC power supply voltage meets the range of 100V ~ 240V.
· USB cannot be connected: the USB cable is not connected or the connection is not secure, and the selected USB port is correct.
· The network port cannot be connected: pay attention to whether the IP address is correct, and the IP address of the connected computer must be fixed in the same network segment.
