Name: Portable ultra-high frequency electronic tag interrogator ZJ405
The portable ultra-high frequency electronic tag interrogator ZJ405 is a low-power-consumption and portable electronic tag interrogator compliant with the ISO18000-6C (EPC C1G2) protocol. With a design featuring independent intellectual property rights and combined with a proprietary and efficient electronic tag collision handling algorithm, it can achieve rapid reading and writing of electronic tags while maintaining a high reading rate. It can be widely applied to various radio frequency identification systems, such as asset management, inventory management, product traceability, personal identification, and anti-counterfeiting systems.

- Designed with independent intellectual property rights, featuring a stylish and slim design to meet the needs of mobile applications and portability.
- Ultra-low power consumption design, enabling continuous tag reading for more than 3 hours and a standby time of over 1 day.
- Supports working modes such as button triggering and interactive response.
- Fully supports electronic tags compliant with the ISO18000-6C (EPC C1G2) protocol.
- Operating frequency: 902~928MHz or 865~868MHz (can be adjusted according to the requirements of different countries or regions).
- Supports fixed frequency or frequency hopping transmission working modes.
- Built-in transmitting and receiving antennas, with an effective distance of up to 1000mm*.
- RF output power is 0~26dbm (adjustable via software), and supports RSSI.
- Multi-tag identification performance: > 50 tags, and the tag identification speed is > 50 tags per second.
- Tag cache capacity: 370 tags @ the longest 128bits EPC or 120 tags @ the longest 496bits EPC.
- Supports Bluetooth 4.0 wireless communication, powered by a built-in lithium battery, eliminating the need for an external power source.
- Complies with the USB1.1 interface specification, communicates via a virtual serial port, provides a dynamic link library (DLL), and supports secondary development.
- Supports USB charging, provides battery charging indication and low battery indication, with 3 groups of LEDs.

IV Interface


Interface definition
Trigger button: Trigger the reading of the EPC of ISO18000 - 6C (EPC C1G2) tags and upload the data.
Power switch: Move it to the left to turn on the battery power supply; move it to the right to turn off the battery power supply.
USB interface: Used for battery charging and USB virtual serial port communication.

- Pannel indicator definition
LED1: A steady red light indicates that the card - reading is triggered; a flashing green light indicates successful card - reading.
LED2: A slow - flashing red light indicates that the device is powered on and working.
LED3: A steady red light indicates low battery; a steady green light indicates that the battery is being charged.
